While the great lakes have produced mostly rain, the upper midwest has been slowly catching up.
Syracuse re-took the lead with a few inches of snow overnight, although it's already all melted by now. The question remains - will we keep swinging into freezing temperatures and get more snow, or is next week's 60+ degree weather going to mark the end of this abnormally hot winter?
Snowfall expected in both Syracuse and Erie tonight after a week of no snow and cold rain (the worst kind of winter weather).
